Roedd cymal #16 o LeTour yn gofiadwy gyda brwydyr y crys smotiog yn hawlio'r penawdau. Gyda Rhys Davies yn dechrau'r diwrnod yn gwisgo'r crys, roedd angen ymdrech arbennig oddiwrth Owain Watts i'w hawlio yn ol. Roedd ei 6,877 troedfedd yn anferth, ac yn haeddu'r 10 o flaen Davies, er waetha'i ymdrech ddewr o 3,025. The 16th stage of LeTour was memorable with the battle for the polka-dot jersey making headlines. Rhys Davies started the day wearing the jersey so Owain Watts knew it would take a huge effort to reclaim the prize. His 6,877ft was enormous and fully deserving of the 10 ahead of Davies, who himself posted a brave 3,025ft. This story is sure to run and run to the end and its worth monitoring Strava until the last minute to see who will have his nose in front after stage #21.
